Chile Babe Dulceria takes a great deal of pride in our homemade candies and products. Each order is made individually to ensure we provide our customers with the highest quality. Therefore, please allow 5 to 7 business days for order processing. Processing time does not account for weekends or holidays.
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class.
Shipping confirmation (tracking number) is provided for all orders via email and/or text to the contact information provided at checkout.
Delivery times are dependent on USPS. Due to COVID-19, delivery times may be extended at USPS discretion.
Chile Babe Dulceria offers shipping to all 50 States, U.S. Territories, and all APO, DPO, and FPO addresses.
Once your package is in possession of USPS, Chile Babe Dulceria is not responsible for any packages that are missing, lost, or damaged by USPS.
Chile Babe Dulceria is not liable for missing/lost packages if the tracking number shows the package was delivered.
All of our packages are tracked and insured. In the event that your package is missing, lost, or damaged by USPS, you can file a claim directly with USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
Package sent back to sender
We are not responsible for packages that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or invalid shipping address, missed delivery or refusal of delivery. The customer will be responsible for paying extra shipping costs if they wish to have the items shipped back to them. If the customer requests no reshipment, we will issue a refund for the items. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order. Please include your name and order number.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If there are any issues with your order, please contact Chile Babe Dulceria via email within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Since candy is a perishable good and, in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, we do not accept any returns.
*Summer Weather Advisory*During the summer months we will do everything possible to ensure your product is packaged in the best possible manner to avoid melting. We do not refund for melting. Due to this please make sure someone is around to receive the package to avoid having it sit outside in the heat or in a warm shipping warehouse. If extreme heat weather advisories are in your areas we recommend you take caution and place orders only during the cooler months.
